JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Perform market analysis and research
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Ensure to track and maintain daily production reports .
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help to organize  Business planning like Provider commission, Marketing planning, long-term vision statement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensue to keep record of all the payments and timely payments follow-ups clients.
• Daily field visit for sale of service to potential clients
• Collect leads of potential clients and flow necessary information. 

 

Job Specifications:

Education Level	:	Bachelor
Experience Required	:	Fresher or equal to one year

Other Specification

• Must have completed Bachelors in commerce/Business/Management form the recognized institute.
• Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Should have patience and politeness while dealing and training Service providers.
• Should be confident and have influential personality
• Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
• Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
• Must have two-wheeler with valid driving license
