Prem Bahadur Shrestha – he is the man behind Panchakanya Group. He has always believed in resilience and perseverance. His journey has been a tough one though, yet he never pulled him back from achieving what he wants from his life. Unfortunately, Prem never got an opportunity to receive any formal education, yet, when one interacts with him, it’s as if one is speaking to a man steeped in the ways of formal education. When his father passed away the responsibility of his family came on him, but as a teen, it was a remarkable decision for a young boy to make, and perhaps with that decision, Prem was already charting the way for the Panchakanya Group. In an eminent life sparkling with achievements, the most valued of them all for Prem is Panchakanya’s repute as a “respectable firm”. He is a satisfied man not because of the affluence that he may have earned through his businesses but due to the fact that they have had no imperfections in their reputation to date.

Mr. Dhruba K. Shrestha

A very hard working man and yet subtle – he is the Vice Chairman of Panchakanya Group. He is the man who trusts in action rather than mere words. Dhruba K Shrestha personifies hard work and commitment. He is a soft-spoken person and is considered to be disciplined towards the aspirations and the main forte for success in any given field. Dhruba has been involved in Panchakanya from the time he came back to the country after his graduation. His participation began right from the minute when his father bought land for setting up a rolling plant in Bhairahawa. Since then he has been accountable for handling the daily affairs of all the factories under the Panchakanya umbrella. Like any other commitments, this group too saw a challenging phase but with his Father’s guidance he was able to gain the confidence in his work and was able to make a name of himself in the Nepali business. Besides looking after the businesses of Panchakanya, Dhruba is also equally active in other spheres of life. He has already been the president of Siddhartha Nagar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Western Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He is an outgoing person and has a knack for making every person comfortable and at ease. Pradeep Kumar Shrestha has been a good fortune to all the people with whom he interacts with. But behind this fun-loving personality is a strong character that resolute the accomplishment in whatever he does and is set for. He joined Panchakanya at a very young age while he was doing his masters. But over the years his hard work and dedication towards his responsibilities have not only seen him take Panchakanya towards zenith but personally too he made everyone proud of being the youngest president ever of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry and is also the Honorary Consul of The Republic of South Africa for Nepal. For somebody who never wanted to be a follower but always leads from the front, Pradeep has come a long way in making a name not only for himself but Panchakanya as a whole.

Mr. Badri Kumar Shrestha

He is the youngest son of the Group’s founder, Prem Bahadur Shrestha, and is based in Delhi where he runs T C Link Pvt. Ltd. He is a brilliant man with all his management skills put in right place for everything he does. He is well experienced in large construction projects management. His major accountability is primarily the international marketing, project construction, and import and sale of heavy equipment used in large-scale construction ventures. Near the end of 2004, Badri Kumar Shrestha boarded on a trip that gave him a new vision of the world, and of how to take Panchakanya Group, of which he is a director, forward in the future. He is also the project director in Nepal for Indian Embassy projects. About future plans for Panchakanya Group, he says, "I think that Panchakanya should now go international. Father brought us to Kathmandu from Fikkal in Ilam, now it is up to us to go global."

Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Shrestha

He entered the corporate world of Nepal in April 2007, when he joined his family institution, the Panchakanya Group, as a marketing manager at the steel and plastic divisions. Ujjwal’s initial errands were to develop sales and marketing strategies for both the divisions. He is a very modest man and does not hesitate for a moment to remember that his first jobs were at a cafeteria and a cafe in the US. He is the man who believes that no job is big or small and whatever it is that you are doing you must put your heart into it. As a business leader, Ujjwal intensely acknowledges honesty, morality and dependability to be the most significant assets that a leader must possess. It is about being self-motivated, action-oriented and progressive to act on criticisms from inside and outside the organisation that has made Ujjwal a force to reckon with at this young age. He has always believed that a strong team brings a lot of positive synergy and high consistency which help in attaining goals more competently than through individual efforts.

MR. UDEEP SHRESTHA

Mr.Udeep is focused and completely devoted to carrying forward the legacy of this group. His innovative ideas and business strategies along with excellent managerial skills is leading this group for international exposures. He is a young visionary and exploratory executive director holding Master's degree from SMU and having insight into different aspects of initializing business and has benefited to the diverse business portfolio to sustain in the competitive market. Meanwhile, undoubtedly, his nationwide distribution, sales and leadership strategies have exhibited his excellence.

Under his stewardship, the conventional method of operation has transferred to the latest technologies available to lead the future of this group. Particularly, he has proved his capacity to deal with the complex nature of work and had settled down benefitting the organization. Excellent art of executing the project, experience in the business industry, opulent knowledge and expertise are his key strength to define his personality.
